Start your journey to the best sites in Oaxaca in the notorious Tule Tree. In this Oaxaca Route you’ll visit the 2,000-years-old tree with one of the thickest trunks in the world. The next stop will be at the precious town of Teotitlan, known for the carpets they made using ancient techniques of weaving.
Then you’ll reach the mythical Mitla, an archaeological site with a precious architecture and wall decorations. Then, the Petrified Falls or Hierve El Agua, will be awaiting for you. After thousands of years, the carbonated water had made rock formations in the surface and you can take great pictures of the natural pools at the top of the falls.
