Teotihuacan and Basilica of Guadalupe – from Mexico City

The tour starts in Tlatelolco, at the Three Cultures Square and where the largest Aztec market was located. Tlatelolco connected by a broad causeway to Tepeyac hill, where the Aztecs worshiped Tonantzin. Nowadays, this place is where the Basilica of Guadalupe is located, one of the most visited Catholic churches in the world.

The tour continues to the great Teotihuacan, one of the most important archaeological sites in Mexico. Upon arrival, you will visit a workshop where you can taste the liqueurs that are elaborated in the region, learn about the use of obsidian and even have time to buy your lunch. Afterwards, you will have free time to explore the Avenue of the Dead or to climb the Pyramid of the Sun or the Moon.
